What we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, address
• Vehicles: year/make/model, VIN, plate, mileage, insurance details
• Documents you upload: insurance cards, registrations, photos
• Emergency contacts you add (you confirm you have their permission)
• Accident records you create: photos, other-driver details, witnesses, notes
• Usage and device information for app functionality

How we use it

To provide the App's features: document storage, reminders, appointment booking, accident documentation, and — with your consent — sharing selected information with McCormick Auto Body or its partner attorney. We do not sell your information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Who can access it

• McCormick Auto Body staff (role-limited), for services you request
• Our platform operator, for support and operations [ATTORNEY: identify the

data controller/processor entities as legally required — minimal compliant disclosure per BUILD-PLAN §6A]

• Service providers: Google Firebase (hosting, database, storage,

authentication) and, for document scanning, an AI extraction service (Google Gemini; inputs are not used to train models)

• The Shop's partner attorney, only for incidents you explicitly share

Accident information

Accident records are private until you enable sharing per incident. Crash or accident entries never automatically create marketing outreach.

Your choices

Notification categories (including marketing) are separately controllable. You may request account deletion in the App; deletion removes your profile, documents, and records subject to legal retention requirements. [ATTORNEY: retention schedule per BUILD-PLAN open decision.]

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest; role-based access; partner-level data separation; audit logging.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 16.
